What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Audit position at Casa Loma Beach Hotel?
Summary of Position :
The Night Auditor is responsible for being an ambassador of the hotel by providing friendly, efficient, enthusiastic and hospitable service; for the guest check-in and check-out as well as any and all other requests for service, information and general engagement. Along with these overall expectations, the Night Auditor will be responsible for reporting, light accounting, and other items listed below. Night Auditor is typically scheduled from 11pm - 7am, this position days available are for part time employment, typically weekends.
Essential Functions :
- Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listening attentively to understand requests
- Duties as assigned by Front Office Management such as :
- Check guests in / out through property management system
- Assist Guests in all inquiries related to check in / out.
- Light accounting : including reporting and balancing accounts
- Arrange registration cards and complete bucket check
- Observe and maintain the security of the property
- Any other tasks, projects and / or duties assigned by the Front Office Management Team and / or the Assistant General Manager / Area General Manager.
