Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions.
- Build and maintain rapport with regular clients.
- Appointment Management:
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the spa's booking system.
- Manage appointment calendars and optimize scheduling to maximize efficiency.
- Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed.
- Send appointment reminders to clients.
- Inform clients of any scheduling changes.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and gift certificate transactions.
