Join our team at Casa Ybel, where we provide exceptional guest experiences in a breathtaking beachfront setting! We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and ensure their stay is memorable.
What Youll Do :
Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
Answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations on local attractions
Assist with phone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
What Were Looking For :
Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and professional demeanor
Proficiency in computer systems (experience with hotel software a plus)
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
