Casablanca Sales is looking for motivated, professional, and customer-service oriented individuals to join our collections team. Collections agents are responsible for finding solutions for customers in difficult situations.
Responsibilities
As a collections associate you will be responsible for calling delinquent customers to arrange for payments and work with vendors to ensure company's collateral is located and retrieved from customers that are unwilling to pay. The main objective of the role is to resolve customer delinquency and avoid repossession of the vehicle.
What would I do?
- Duties of this position include calling customers, taking payments, doing data entry on customer accounts, and making payment arrangements in delinquent situations and filing documents
- Receiving inbound calls
- Explain the balances of the accounts and assist in the payment arrangements
- Great cash handling capacity with the ability to process multiple types of payments
- Identifying accounts that require management review
- Providing outstanding customer service
What experience do I need?
· Previous experience in Collections and or Customer Service preferred
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft and Google platforms
· High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
