Overview
Collections Agent Monday - Friday Monthly Bonus'
As a CSC Collections Agent you will be primarily responsible for following-up on outstanding debts so that the organization’s losses are kept to a minimum & arrears are economically collected.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and collect overdue accounts to minimize outstanding receivables
- May handle and schedule recovery process of lease equipment due to delinquency, abandonment or
termination of services - Manage daily calls to customers and provide continuous follow up
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers and process account adjustments
- Process one-time credit card payments
- Enter all actions, comments and payment arrangements on accounts
- Update account information

What we’re looking for
Requirements:
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience - Ability to read, analyze & interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, financial reports and
legal documents - Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to effectively and professionally present information one-on-one and small group situations to
customers, clients, and other employees of the organization - Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts
- Good Microsoft Office skills
