Job Summary
Casago Myrtle Beach is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and have experience in budgeting, and training development. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, effective schedule management, and a commitment to maintaining a productive office environment. The pay will start at $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Plus anywhere from $7,000 to $10,000 in yearly bonuses. We are a full-service property management company specializing in ocean front vacation rentals. Candidates will report to and from our headquarters which is located at 516 Broadway Street in Myrtle Beach. This is a year-round position. Candidates will be awarded bonuses as various criteria are met each month.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inputting guest reservations
  • Delegate tasks to reservation agents
  • Support staff with administrative tasks and foster a collaborative office culture.
  • Oversee human resources functions such as employee onboarding, training development, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Address complaints and issues that the team needs help with
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Communicate with guests via phone, text, and email
  • Run daily reservation and cleaning reports
  • Refunding security deposits
  • Assign guest door (access) codes to their rentals
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Work through emails via ticketed system
  • Address and resolve guest complaints
  • Assist guests with check in and check out process

Experience

We prefer a candidate who has experience in customer service and/or a background in hospitality, reservations, front desk, resorts, hotels, etc. Prior experience is recommended, and we are only looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Skills

The ideal candidate shall possess strong communication skills, both oral and written. The candidate will be required to communicate with guests, homeowners, and coworkers via text and email, and proper grammar and spelling skills are very important. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are required.

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • While the schedule may be flexible. We are looking for someone who can work a mixture of day shift, night shift and weekends as well as Holidays availability. The schedule will be discussed with the Property Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
