Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a memorable experience. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while utilizing various phone systems.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling guest services in a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
