We are seeking an interior designer who is proficient in AutoCAD and 2020 to become a part of our team! You will plan, design, and furnish the interiors of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.

Responsibilities :

  • Formulate designs that are aesthetic and conducive to the client
  • Calculate the specifications and cost of materials for construction
  • Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space
  • Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
  • Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in interior design or other related fields
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, AutoCad, or other design software
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skill
  • Meets with client to determine interior environments, budget, architectural preferences, purpose and function of the design.
  • Advises client on interior layouts and designs.
  • Coordinates and meets with other professionals regarding the interior environment(s).
  • Reviews and details drawings for construction plans.
  • Estimates materials and costs.
  • Meets with the client to discuss details of the project.
  • Meets with contractors and subcontractors regarding all interior elements and any other needs of the interior space.
