What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN Behaviors Case Manager position at Casas Adobes Post Acute and Rehabilitation?
- Casas Adobes Post-Acute is looking for a great RN/LPN Behavioral Nurse Case Manager. Main hours worked are Monday – Friday.
- Must have a working knowledge of BH levels and documentation required to support levels in SNF.
- Skills required are time management, good bedside manner, ability to communicate clearly with families, Insurance Plans and Physicians and the desire/ability to excel in a team environment.
- Must have relationships with insurance plans and other community partners.
