Position Summary:
Busy Professional Fiduciary and Case Management company seeks a Property Department Case Manager to join our team. The position of property department case manager requires working closely with the principal fiduciary case management staff, office administration and finance staff, as well as professionals in the community to arrange for the sale, distribution of assets, inventory and distribution of property. The case manager is responsible for office work that includes administrative tasks assisting finance and case management with the coordination of asset collection, problem solving and communication with families, beneficiaries and agencies who provide support and services applicable to property management. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented perspective are imperative traits.
Duties:
- Create, maintain, update and review property plans for individual cases
- Work with team to conduct, create inventory, marshal assets, and coordinate sale of real and personal property
- Attend monthly meetings with team to review property department updates for clients’ care plans and provide direction
- Maintain, review and update requisite client forms and documentation
- Review and coordinate transfer of billing for clients’ utilities and home maintenance
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of client property
- Willing to travel within AZ – company car provided
- Ensure accurate Time Entry
Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in applicable field, or a minimum of five (5) years’ experience.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
