Cascade Programs:

Cascade Programs have two programs treating adolescent girls ages 12 - 18 with severe anxiety, OCD and related disorders. Cascade Home is an 8 bed, short-term 60 -90 days Residential Treatment Center based in Heber City, Utah. Cascade Academy is a 26 bed, long-term Residential Treatment Center located in Midway, Utah. Cascade Programs are committed to utilizing research and evidence based clinical interventions. Individual, family, group and recreational therapy along with individualized, sequential exposures are a key component of their treatment. In addition to using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, Cascade Programs implements academics with live instruction, daily exercise, meditation and mindfulness, yoga, nutrition and service into their treatment plan. A focus on a healthy balance emotionally, socially, mentally and physically is at the core of the program.

Job Summary:

Cascade Programs is seeking a dynamic and personable Outreach Coordinator to join the marketing team. This role is essential in promoting Cascade Programs and its services to professionals and at periodic industry conferences. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and represent the Cascade brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This is a remote position with significant travel requirements. Team members are expected to travel at least three times per month, with 60-70% of the role involving travel to various locations. Applicants should be comfortable with frequent travel and adaptable to a dynamic schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach & Relationship Building:
• Identify and establish connections with professionals and potential referral partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Effectively communicate Cascade Academy’s mission, programs, and services to potential referents.
• Represent Cascade Programs at conferences, networking events, and marketing opportunities.
• Travel & Event Management:
• Travel nationwide 3 times per month to reach out to clinics, exhibit at conferences, and represent Cascade Programs at events.
• Coordinate logistics for travel, presentations, booth setups, and marketing materials.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Document all communication and contacts into salesforce to produce reports and data that will be used to strategize outreach to markets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with broader marketing goals.

Job Type: Full Time, remote with nationwide travel 3 times a month.

Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 incentives, annually depending on experience.
