Floating Teacher Assistant

Cascade Christian Child Development Center is seeking a Part-Time Float Teacher Assistant to join our dedicated team!

Position Overview:

As a Float Teacher Assistant, you will provide essential support across all classrooms, assisting with infants, toddlers, and preschool students. Your role will include:

• Covering teacher breaks and stepping in where needed to maintain a smooth and engaging classroom environment.
• Providing extra assistance in classrooms when not required for ratio coverage.
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
