Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support the HR department with onboarding and other related tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable and punctual
Cascade Fire Equipment is a leading manufacturer and distributor of firefighting equipment including wildland brush trucks, wildland fire clothing and law enforcement emergency vehicles. We have been in business since 1985 and operate out of a 44,000 sq. ft facility in White City, Oregon.
