Cascade Health is seeking caring and compassionate RNs to function as members of the hospice team, providing skilled care to hospice patients in their place of residence. Multiple positions and schedules available.
Current licensure in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse and a current CPR card.
Three years recent (within the last five years) med/surg experience, or one year (within the last three years) critical care experience. Two years Hospice or Home Health experience preferred. Needs to be comfortable with electronic documentation and able to document using a laptop computer. Must have a current driver’s license, a licensed vehicle for transportation and a means of communication.
