II. Job Summary
Cascade Hills Country Club is seeking a full-time or part-time Pool Receptionist. This seasonal position runs from mid-May to Labor Day and involves delivering exceptional customer service, checking in pool guests, and assisting with poolside operations.
III. Job Tasks (Duties)
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, following the CHCC Code of Conduct.
- Greet members and their guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Build positive relationships with members and address their concerns promptly.
- Report any issues or concerns to management.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Assist with the distribution and collection of towels.
- Monitor guest lists, process charges accurately, and record POS transactions.
- Ensure the reception desk area is clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and organized.
- Alert pool staff and management to any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Aquatics Director, Supervisor, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager.
IV. Candidate Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communicate skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
V. Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Required to stand/sit for long periods.
- Work in diverse weather conditions and noisy environment.
VI. Schedule
- Hours of operation are every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with these hours divided among pool receptionists.
- This position requires the ability to work on weekends and holidays.
