Job Description
Cascades Academy is currently seeking a well-rounded and flexible candidate who can
support daily operations in the lower elementary classrooms. The scope of responsibilities will
cover many programs and aspects that fall within the purview of the Lower School. The hours
of the positions range from Monday through Friday, 8:00-4:15. This position is considered full
time and includes direct support of students, teachers and programs. It comes with full
benefits and salary is dependent on experience level.

Requirements
- Minimum age: 21
- At least one year or more of experience working with children in a summer camp, youth
- Two years of college or more completed
- Clean background check
Position Details
Title Academic Aid
Reports to Lower School Head
Start Date January 6, 2025
Schedule Full-Time
Compensation Dependent on experience.
