Salary Range for Quality Coordinator starts at $74,500 / year and is based on experience
At our location in Schenectady, NY, you can develop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise within the Operations Support division of our team as the Quality Coordinator:
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance and conformity with established quality standards
Perform quality testing or have it performed
Apply and enforce quality standards in accordance with established programs (BRCGS, HACCP, FCS, etc.)
Establish and monitor testing and audit plans (who, what, when & how)
Interact daily with operations supervisors following line audits
Daily, weekly and monthly report on compliance and quality assurance
Your Background and Your Strengths:
Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement concepts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations
Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions
Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
Agility needed to work with various technological tools
Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
Quality related experience or education is an asset
Certification/ Diploma/ Degree in a related field (Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
