Security Site Supervisor

Title: Site Supervisor

• Location: Galena Park, TX 77547
• Pay: $24per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Must possess a valid level 3 guard card

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and the development of CGS guards. This position will require the use of a company vehicle, all applicants must be over 21, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record

Roles and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Supervisors must keep in mind the CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to effectively meet their needs
• Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and if need be partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise
• Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures
• Supervisors will work closely with their Director or Operations and Vice President of Operations
• Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication

CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in leadership of several employees. A person who understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example. Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports. A person who is willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed.

Position Requirements:

• 10years of supervisory experience,
• Drivers license with a clean driving record
• Prior Military
• OG&P/Plant experience Prefered
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)
• Customer service experience is a plus
