Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and patient assessment.
- Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize EHR systems to document patient information and treatment plans accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans for patients.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions, applying basic life support when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN or RN license
- Proficient in patient care and assessment
- Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
- Experience with catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion
- Basic life support certification
- Familiarity with critical care and long-term care settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
