At Cascadia Structural, we are delivering on the promise of offsite manufacturing in the Mass Timber industry. We will achieve this through constant innovation, implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and by taking ownership of our work in a high-functioning team environment. We are looking for a Sales Project Manager to be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex sales initiatives that involve multiple teams, stakeholders, and customers.

The primary objective of this position is revenue generation. This role is highly customer facing in a close-knit industry that values quality and timeliness. As this is a new position within our organization, the Sales Project Manager has a unique opportunity to assist in the creation of CRM, project management, and policy.

Other objectives include, but are not limited to continuous process improvement activities, collaboration with other members of the executive team, and the perpetuation of an exceptional workplace culture that fosters safety, security, and purpose.

Responsibilities

· Proactive customer service - Anticipate customer and job specific needs. Create and maintain a schedule for customer touch points to generate repeat business.

· Set the customer expectation - working closely with operations, develop SMART goals to meet and/or exceed delivery dates provided to our customers.

· Reporting and analysis - Create metrics such as lead conversion, customer ranking, and on time delivery to assist in continuous process improvement. Create tools and/or a dashboard for reporting sales pipeline, revenue, and forecasting.

· Develop annual and quarterly targets that are aligned with company goals for revenue and future growth in coordination with the executive team.

· Map current and future state processes to find efficiency and reduce waste. Use this data to create standard work documentation.

· New customer acquisition - continually searching for new opportunities, customers, and markets.

· Quoting - work closely with the drafting dept, operations, and the head of the company to develop accurate and job specific cost structures to maximize gross profit.

Requirements

· Sales experience: 3 years

· CRM/ERP software such as Salesforce: 2 years preferred

· Demonstrated ability to set and meet or exceed sales targets

· Proven success in developing and fostering business relationships

· Experience in project management, construction management, or related fields

· Working knowledge of Mass Timber applications, technologies, and standards preferred

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,800.00 - $89,440.00 per year
