We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead and enhance our marketing efforts. This individual will be instrumental in crafting the company's brand presence across all digital platforms, including social media, signage, apparel, and our website. As a key member of the team, you will help shape our marketing strategy and contribute to expanding the reach of Cascella & Sons Contracting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a drive to take ownership of a company's marketing division while growing into a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Oversee the company's digital and print marketing efforts, including website updates, email campaigns, and the creation of promotional materials.
• Maintain and enhance the company's branding across all marketing channels and materials, including apparel and signage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
• Manage and update the company website, working with web designers as necessary.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and competitor activities to ensure Cascella & Sons remains a market leader.
• Manage the company's relationship with marketing vendors and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with experience in social media management and brand development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with web design and basic HTML is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time position based in Long Island, NY
• Starting salary st $45,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience and skills
• Performance-based bonuses available based on marketing impact and company growth
