About You
We are looking for someone who is dedicated to a job well done and is curious about building science. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of cellulose installation experience to be considered. The available position involves working in new construction with a focus on high-end energy efficient homes and providing weatherization improvements to existing homes.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform air sealing, install netting, cellulose, and air barriers; WE DO NOT INSTALL FIBERGLASS INSULATION
- Liaison between Casco Bay Insulation and site supervisor
- Operate insulation equipment and drive a box truck
- Maintain all equipment and tools in good working condition
- Work safely and respectfully with the other team members
- Take pride in high quality workmanship
Skills, Experience, & Talents
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Construction, insulation, and hand tool experience a must
- Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Able to work on ladders and scaffolding (rarely over 10ft)
- Must be able to lift 50lbs

Monday thru Friday, 6:45am-4:00 pm. Some overtime, we do not work nights or week-ends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
