About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians in providing top-tier energy efficiency solutions for homeowners. In addition to hands-on work installing insulation and air sealing in attics and basements, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards, and providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Team: Supervise and support a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality work and on-time project completion
- Hands-On Installation: Perform energy efficiency services such as insulation and air sealing in attics, basements, and other areas of the home
- Mentor and Train: Provide training, guidance, and feedback to less experienced technicians to help them grow in their roles
- Project Management: Ensure projects are completed according to company standards, on schedule, and within budget
- Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Safety and Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed safely, with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Administrative Duties: Track job progress, report on team performance, and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in residential energy efficiency or a related trade (such as insulation, or general construction)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of home construction, building science, and energy efficiency techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example
- Ability to manage a team, ensure accountability, and provide constructive feedback
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments and weather conditions
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 35 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to wear a respirator
Other Requirements
- Valid Class C driver’s license
Compensation and Benefits
- Wage: $30/hour and up, based on experience
- Hiring Bonus: $500 - $1000, based on experience

Work Schedule
