About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the processing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of assigned products in accordance with scheduled requirements, cost standards, safety protocols, environmental regulations, quality and food safety specifications to maximize output at the lowest possible costs.
- Lead the development and implementation of organizational development strategies to enhance employee growth and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager to execute plans and achieve plant financial targets and goals.
- Drive employee engagement and motivation through effective leadership and communication.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of six years of experience in poultry production, with a Bachelor's degree being advantageous.
- At least five years of progressive managerial experience is required, preferably in fast food and portion control.
- Proven leadership ability, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive business results.
