Position is responsible for receipt, adjustments, and stocking of parts and supplies related to the maintenance of all complex equipment and facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::
- Provides prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of all parts transactions and related warehouse activities.
- Ships items from the facility.
- Receives items into the facility.
- Organizes and stocks all incoming items.
- Disperses parts and materials to other workers in the company.
- Enters transactions into the company database for each item received or dispersed.
- Maintains inventory records.
- May drive company truck to pick up incoming stock.
- May drive company truck to deliver items to other company or community locations.
- Responds to customers’ needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possession of valid driver’s license.
- Previous forklift experience.
- Clerical experience and knowledge of internal inventory.
- Familiarity with computer use and systems.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Satisfactory communication skills, both oral and written.
- Satisfactory customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, high-energy level, excellent attendance.

- Regularly required to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Frequent travel on foot outdoors to make deliveries.
