Job Summary
The Field Service Technician position is a main function of Case Financials’ service division. These individuals are the face of the Case Financial corporation and as such will be tasked with maintaining a high level of quality, excellence, and professional appearance throughout their duties in the field. Service Technicians are responsible for a variety of tasks with their main function residing around the installation/bring live of equipment, on-site maintenance, tech support, and customer training.
Case will train and supply a vehicle, tools, parts and a company credit card.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Install a wide range of Electronic Security systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion and other banking equipment.
- Gathering equipment, parts, and supplies for maintenance or installation activities.
- Maintaining proper parts inventory levels in vehicle for service calls.
- Properly transferring parts between inventories and warehouses.
- Diagnose & repair equipment malfunctions per OEM standards.
- Report accurate records of hours and materials used via our Remote Tech phone app.
- Work with clients when onsite to ensure their satisfaction with the outcome of your repairs/maintenance activities.
- Work closely with Service Dispatch Operator to coordinate service calls.
- Perform additional functions incidental to service technician activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical requirements
- Standing, crouching, or kneeling for extended period
- Climbing and working on ladders
- Lifting heavy objects repeatedly (over 40 lbs.)
