Position Overview

The Utility position will have primary responsibility for assisting in operating our sheeter equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist operator while loading rolls and setting up machine.
• Maintain area cleanliness along with changing out boxes and cores when needed.
• Prepare for the next shift to ensure we are productive.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must work on your feet for 8hrs a day in a high-volume production setting.
• Mechanical ability will be helpful, but we will train if needed.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, shifting between a variety of tasks as necessary.
• Resourceful problem solver with proven ability to bring quick resolution to challenging situations that result in continuous improvement.
  
  

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years' related experience a definite plus
