This position will partner with the Vice President of Campus Enrichment and Engagement to design programs and training initiatives that foster community connection and professional development.

Qualifications
Experience: 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in campus programming, or a related area, such as training and teaching. Demonstrated success in developing and managing large-scale engagement initiatives.
Education: Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field.

This position will partner with the Vice President of Campus Enrichment and Engagement to design programs and training initiatives that foster community connection and professional development.
Essential Functions
- Training Leadership and Development: Co-design/deliver core engagement curricula plus customized unit-specific modules. Conduct three to five monthly Welcome to CWRU orientations (2-to-3-hour sessions), tailoring content to departmental needs. Launch and/or maintain `Engaged Leader Academy¿ (9-month program with monthly workshops). (45%)
- Programming and Events: Direct signature initiatives such as: university-wide Juneteenth celebration, Business Expo, Preparing Future Faculty Retreats, and heritage month programming. Responsible for the delivery of sustained dialogue programming. (25%)
- Institutional Leadership and Administration: Advise employee resource groups on program development and assessment. (20%)
- Data-Driven Assessment: Analyze biannual Gallup surveys. Manage the monthly engagement committee meetings. Provide support and programming to enhance engagement activities in school/units. (10%)

- Familiarity with student engagement software, survey tools, and institutional research practices.
- Strong project management skills to oversee large-scale campus events and initiatives.
- Ability to coordinate logistics, secure venues, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with university policies.
- Demonstrated history of successful support, education, and advocacy for all students, aligned with the values, mission, and messaging of the university, while adhering to the staff policy on conflict of commitment and interest.
