Director of Alumni Engagement Job Description
The Director of Alumni Engagement manages an alumni database and executes alumni events, programs, and initiatives that promote and strengthen the bond between alumni and EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute. The Director of Alumni Engagement serves as the primary point of contact for all EDWINS alumni. This person oversees event logistics and ensures the accuracy and completeness of alumni data records, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinates day-to-day activities of the office with minimal supervision; proposes and implements improvements to current processes and procedures.
- Works with the Development Team to increase alumni giving and to utilize alumni during donor engagement opportunities.
- Plans and organizes alumni events, which include but are not limited to: continuing education opportunities, alumni social outings and connecting them to all EDWINS events.
- Creates and maintains a list of career opportunities for our alumni utilizing our network of hiring partners.
- Coordinates and conceptualizes communications for alumni which could include but are not limited to: newsletters, social media content, student recruitment material, fundraising content and website content.
- Connects alumni to Case Management Team when necessary to get access to resources necessary for their continued success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
