- Prepare cost estimates and generate scopes of work
- Develop and execute project buy-out strategy
- Conduct project meetings with Owners and Subcontractors
- Aggressively close out projects
- Lead the management of project closeout process
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience with commercial building construction
