Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support role in the project pre-construction services and bidding process
- Select the project Superintendent and orient them to the job
- Identify and track all long lead time items on the project critical path
- Review and understand Owner contract terms
Requirements:
- Four-year degree in engineering or construction, or substantial work history with a high level of successful performance
- MS Office experience
- Project management and scheduling software experience
