Business Development and Project Management
As a Project Manager at CaseCo, you will be responsible for developing business infrastructure and operations built around industry best practices to enhance efficiency. You will also manage project pre-construction services and bidding processes.
About the Role
- Estimate, budget, and create schedules for projects
- Manage the entire project from conception to completion
- Take ownership of every aspect of the project, ensuring adherence to our safety standards and exceeding profit expectations
Responsibilities
- Lead the management of project closeout process
- Prepare and complete job close out check lists, punch list process, collect and issue project close out documentation
- Supervise direct reports, including assistant project managers
- Track submittals, prepare requests for information, and create owner and subcontractor change orders
- Maintain a complete, current, and accurate set of contract documents
Requirements
- Four-year degree in engineering or construction, or substantial work history with a high level of successful performance
- MS Office experience, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Project management and scheduling software experience, such as MS Project
- Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills, with good interpersonal skills and communication with all stakeholders
- 4-5 years of experience with commercial building construction
