Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Create and maintain project schedules using critical path method tools like Microsoft Project
- Conduct productive meetings with owners and subcontractors
- Select and supervise project Superintendents
- Negotiate and issue subcontract agreements
- Manage project closeout process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Four-year degree in engineering or construction, or substantial work history with a high level of successful performance
- MS Office experience, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Project management and scheduling software experience
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
