Position Summary
As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex projects. Your experience in project management and business analysis, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management will be critical in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered withing budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving innovation and delivering value in the fast-paced and ever-changing technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Ensures that project goals are in line with business objectives
- Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle, and collaborate with project stakeholders to outline a work plan
- Establishs a work plan and staffing model for project activities
- Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Facilitates communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
- Conducts regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to all stakeholders
- Identifies and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project delivery
- Manages project change requests and ensure they are properly documented and approved
- Fosters a positive team environment and promote collaboration and communication among team members
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales and services and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values
- Ensures compliance with all company, state, and federal policies, regulations, and laws regarding employment and employee safety
Education, Experience & Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment7 years of business analysis and application development project management5 years of experience managing a team including delegation of tasks and tracking workloadsAbility to manage project plans and guide software developersExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lead large scale, complex programs with multiple componentsProficiency with development methodologies such as Agile
PMP Certification and/or Project Manager training
Legally eligible to work in the US
