Join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our facility! We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to take on a variety of tasks to keep our operation running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure our site remains clean and organized by sweeping, cleaning, and performing upkeep tasks both indoors and outdoors.
- Scrape and paint walls and buildings as needed; perform work on flat roofs.
- Maintain outdoor areas by cutting grass, clearing snow, and salting pedestrian areas during winter months.
- Clean company vehicles, use a power washer to clean machinery, paint equipment as necessary, and conduct repairs on tools and equipment.
- Assist in shop operations by cleaning, sandblasting parts, and performing general labor to support rebuilding processes.
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move items as required.
- Support road jobs with equipment dismantling and rigging as needed.
- Pick up tools and materials, and perform other tasks assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a hands-on role.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair is a plus.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required (training may be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $17.50
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
