Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape assistant/co-lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of all landscape practices. This role requires at least 10 years' experience in landscape construction of all aspects including but not limited to hardscapes, water features, outdoor lighting, planting of trees and shrubs, operating and maintaining all machinery, boulder placements and walls, irrigation installs. Must also have great communication skills for coordinating with clients and the rest of the team. Must have valid drivers license with no restrictions. Have knowledge of hooking up and towing trailers along with tying down equipment. Starts at $28-34/ hour with bonus schedules. Will conduct phone interview with qualified applicants followed by personal interview. Must have a driven work ethic and extreme attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage.
- Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements.
- Supervise groundskeeping activities to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects effectively.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, providing recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
