Job Summary: The Assistant Operations Manager at Premier Services NW LLC (dba Premier Landscape and Bounce Time) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the overall company to ensure efficiency, quality service, and cost-effective management of resources. This role involves managing various teams, including maintenance and field staff, to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard for both Premier Landscape and Bounce Time. They will implement and manage operational policies and procedures, monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control measures to maximize profitability, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Regular safety audits and training will be conducted to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment.

In addition to operational oversight, the Assistant Operations Manager will provide leadership and direction to maintenance teams and field staff, conducting regular meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address any issues. They will foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff. The role also involves monitoring the quality of work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations, and addressing any deficiencies promptly.

Customer satisfaction is a key focus, with the Assistant Operations Manager working closely with the General Manager and the Office Manager to improve service delivery and client relationships. They will also collaborate on business development strategies to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, aiming to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the landscaping, bounce house, or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, along with knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Competence in managing budgets and financial planning, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a degree related to Landscape industry. Leadership experience in the landscaping, construction, or service industry may be substituted for this requirement with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with business development and customer relationship management.

Work Environment: This position requires both office work and on-site supervision of field operations. The Assistant Operations Manager may be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and must have the physical ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds, stand, walk, and navigate outdoor environments for extended periods.

Compensation: wage will be commensurate with experience, and the benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
