As an HR Systems Analyst, you'll provide system and process analysis, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and support, in partnership with the HR Systems team. You'll create, document, test, maintain and/or modify the system to be as efficient and effective as possible for our leaders and team members.
Specific Responsibilities Include
Starting hiring range: $62,500 - $82,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Requirements
As an HR Systems Analyst, you'll provide system and process analysis, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and support, in partnership with the HR Systems team. You'll create, document, test, maintain and/or modify the system to be as efficient and effective as possible for our leaders and team members.
Specific Responsibilities Include
- Be the Subject Matter Expert: Provide system and process analysis, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in partnership with our HR Systems team. Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Optimize and Innovate: Administer and maintain daily activities, configurations, and workflows. Analyze, create, and test processes to ensure everything runs smoothly and data is captured accurately.
- Report Mastery: Design and create insightful reports. Implement and maintain various reports or queries, and support existing interfaces and data bridges. Collaborate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and testing.
- Collaborate and Consult: Partner with different departments to update HR Systems modules. Provide guidance on configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Document and Communicate: Audit, maintain, and own workflow documentation. Assist with drafting and reviewing communications, announcements, and training materials.
- Support and Troubleshoot: Maintain existing system configurations and workflows, providing troubleshooting support for our team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
- At least five years of work experience in an HRIS or related role required.
- Experience with human resources functions and concepts required.
- Experience with systems and/or process implementation is required.
- ADP Vantage experience is a plus.
- Experience in creating reports using reporting tools.
- UKG (timekeeping/scheduling)
