What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership & Customer Focus – Proven management experience with a strong ability to motivate a team and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to think quickly, make informed decisions, and handle challenges effectively.
- Sales & Valuation Skills – Experience with jewelry, electronics, firearms, and tools is a plus (but we provide training).
- Tech & Online Sales Knowledge – Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-energy retail team in a fast-moving environment.
- Drive sales, customer engagement, and store profitability.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist with inventory management, pricing, and merchandising.
- Handle guest transactions efficiently using our POS system.
- Open and close the store, acting as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed.
- manage the staffing schedule

- Minimum 3 years of retail management or customer service experience.
- Must pass a background check to work around firearms.
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
