Purpose of Position
The Director of Marketing is responsible for the execution of effective acquisition and retention campaigns and tactics to drive company growth. In this role you will have the opportunity to manage direct response campaigns and projects from inception to completion, including post campaign analysis and summary report. This role will also help build and develop new acquisition and retention channels while enhancing the existing ones.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create tactical marketing plans for specific campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and successfully manage the execution of those plans.
- Manage the growth of the direct mail channel and assist in bringing key components internally
- Coordinate with internal strategy teams on identifying segments and proper messaging
- Manage third-party individuals and companies; including credit bureaus, creative talent, mail production, lead generators and others
- Participate in the development of Cash Factory’s goals and objectives as a member of our senior team.
- Employ strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.
- Keep Managers apprised of potential risks and other key nuances which may impact projects.
Skills Required
- Ability to manage large volumes of direct mail while performing A/B tests
- Ability to manage SEM and Organic keyword campaigns
- Possess a good understanding of consumer and customer segmentation
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way
- Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to translate requests into tight deliverables, assumptions and timelines
Education and Experience
- Industry experience in consumer technology or related industries; 5 years
- Experience in managing large volumes of direct mail while performing A/B tests; 4 years
- Experience in managing major advertising campaigns, including direct response
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit for long periods of time in a typical office environment
- Ability to read, write, use a computer and phone system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
