Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of quality and guest satisfaction across all locations, ensuring that each unit aligns with guest expectations and remains within budget.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with employees, guests, vendors, and other departments to facilitate seamless operations.
- Lead employee meetings, conduct performance reviews, and design training programs, promoting professional growth and advancement within the team.
- Exhibit financial proficiency, managing all fiscal responsibilities, including sales reports, P&L statements, annual budgets, cash handling, and financial trend evaluations.
- Continuously refine operations to fulfill service standards while achieving profitability goals and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Make significant personnel decisions, including hiring, terminating, promoting, and other status changes for location associates.
- Offer guidance and support in addressing complex issues, acting as a valuable resource for the team.
- Strong leadership capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of human resources practices, operational management, and budget oversight.
- Demonstrated success in achieving business objectives with a focus on leadership, hospitality, guest experience, and financial results.
- Proficient in time and project management, as well as presenting information effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of product quality and operational benchmarks.

- 6-8 years of management experience in high-volume, multi-unit Food & Beverage operations or related fields.
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving performance in a hospitality environment.
- Experience in launching new restaurant locations or a thorough understanding of the necessary processes is advantageous.
