Description :
The primary responsibility of Accounts Receivable is to manage incoming payments from customers, track outstanding invoices, and ensure accurate and timely collections. They work closely with sales teams and customers to resolve payment issues.
The primary responsibility of Inventory Control is to perform inventory counts on a regular basis without having to shut down the production floor or warehouse. This role is critical to maintaining accurate stock levels, reducing discrepancies, and preventing stockouts or overstocking.
Account Receivable Clerk :
- Create and send invoices to customers for goods or services provided.
- Track and record payments received and apply them to the correct customer accounts.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
- Reconcile receivable accounts with the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare aging reports to identify overdue accounts and assess the financial health of the company.
- Address inquiries and issues related to payments and balances.
- Input and update customer information and payment transactions in the accounting system.
