Cashman Nursery is a family-owned nursery, design and build landscape business based in the heart of Gallatin Valley with over 40 years' experience beautifying Southwest Montana. Our customers vary from individuals buying seeds, flowers, and shrubs to residential and commercial landscape projects.
Seasonal work typically begins in early April and ends in early November. Cashman Nursery employs approximately 25 full time seasonal workers with many working with Cashman's for 10 or more seasons.

We are looking for a Garden Center Support Staff Associate to be part of our team for the 2025 season!
Compensation: $16 per hour and up depending on experience and initiative!
Job duties include:
- Assist in transplanting bare root stock
- Assist with unloading semi-trucks carrying plant materials
- Assisting in tagging and pricing all plant stock that comes into the nursery
- Help customers with location of items, as well as help customers load plants and bagged products as needed
- Caring of plants on the grounds (watering, fertilizing, pruning)
- Grounds maintenance (mowing, pulling weeds, flower bed maintenance)
- Knowledge of plants and their care a bonus but not required.

Schedule:
- Generally, work 5 days a week from late March through the season (weather dependent but usually through Sept./Oct.
- Hours will vary depending on full or part time status.
- Full time work is 40 hours per week.
- Normal hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 8:00 to 5:30 and Sunday 10-4.
