What are the responsibilities and job description for the Amusement Park Auxiliary Cashier - Applicants Must Be 15+ position at Casino Beach Pier?
Say cheese! A smile is worth a thousand words and as an auxiliary representative - it means even more! Your smile and positive manner represent our company and will be the great first impression guests receive as they visit our park. Be a part of the tram that created lifelong memories, what do you need to apply? Be 15 or older, honest, friendly and have a willingness to learn. We'll do the rest by training you along the way. You will be trained how to accept various forms of payments and cash handling for ride admission, photo sales and miniature golf admission. You will also be trained in guest service in order to answer any guest question and promote Casino Pier products and services.
My Day As An Auxiliary Cashier Looks Like:
- Greeting and positively interacting with guests
- Assisting guests by answering questions about credit prices, height restrictions, ride information, locations of bathrooms, first-aid, guest services and answering other general questions (no worried! We will give you the answers to these questions during your training)
- Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions
- Maintaining proper cash and media abilities at POS registers
- Selling company memorabilia such as ride photos, videos, t-shirts, sweatshirts and glow items
- Maintaining a clean work environment for guests and team members

Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and listen
- This position is very active and requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stopping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day
- The employee may occasionally lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- The employee will be working mainly outdoors and exposed to all types of weather and loud noises throughout the day
Expected Hours of Work:
We require that employees are available to work a varied schedule. We require that you be available to work weekends and holidays from April to October. Employees are expected to commit to their posted schedule and follow the policies of Casino Beach Pier LLC with requesting a change of schedule. Employees must submit any requests for time off with two weeks notice
