What are the responsibilities and job description for the Table Games Dual-Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor position at CASINO PAUMA?
SUMMARY:
Deal card games as assigned. Maintain the highest standards of customer service, game protection and integrity in the Table Games department. Work as a Floor Supervisor as scheduled.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform functions of the Floor Supervisor as assigned (see Floor Supervisor’s job descriptions).
- Deal cards, shuffle, make change, take and pay customer bets
- Communicate with customers to answer questions
- Implement all dealing procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- One year dealing experience in a casino with similar betting limits and games
- Prior dealing experience in roulette and blackjack
- Ability to work effectively with coworkers and the public
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Knowledge of effective money handling procedures
- Ability to make change and mentally perform basic math calculations
- Skilled in resolving customer and employee relations issues
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)
- Constantly walking and standing
- Constant hearing, seeing and talking

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment
