What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEASONAL Production Associate -Swing Shift, 3PM to 11PM position at Casper's Ice Cream?
Start now part-time until school is out, work full-time during the summer! When you finish the last day of the season (August 15), you will earn a BONUS of $2 per hour for every hour you worked (up to $700!!).
Come join the Casper’s Ice Cream team as we produce our very own FatBoy Ice Cream novelties and other frozen treats! We are currently seeking applicants to join our Seasonal production team! (And YES, we have weekly factory seconds giveaways for employees to take home and fill their freezers!)
SCHEDULE:
Starting NOW through the end of May:
- Work 2-3 days per week (16-24 hours per week)
- Monday - Friday, 3PM to 11PM (swing Shift)
- Chose a Mon/Wed/Fri OR Tues/Thurs work schedule
Beginning June 01 through August 15:
- 12-hour shifts with consistent schedule of 6AM – 6PM (Days) or the 6PM – 6AM (nights)
- Every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!! (Enjoy a long weekend!)
- 2-2-3 schedule (Panama Schedule), gives you 3-4 days worked per week
- Never work more than 3 shifts in a row without 2-3 days off
- Each paycheck will be 72 regular hours with 8 hours of overtime
Pay:
- No experience?? NO PROBLEM!! We will train you on the job with no experience necessary. Training pay ranges from $18/hr. to $20!
Bonus:
- $2.00/hr. for all hours worked when you make it across the finish line!
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Duties:
- Manually moving product from one conveyor to another
- Monitoring and loading ingredients and packaging materials into assembly equipment
- Loading products into boxes and cases for freezer storage
- Quality checking to ensure that all products meet standards, are safe and suitable for the consumer
- Assisting in the weekly disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, and reassembly of food manufacturing equipment
Salary : $2 - $20
