Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of Low-Voltage projects, including Structured Cabling, Video Surveillance, Security Systems, Nurse Call Systems, Fire Systems, and Outside Plant. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction/relations
- Establish schedules based on project scope and assign labor to accomplish objectives.
- Direct Lead Technicians/Foremen/Superintendents for a successful outcome of project implementation, i.e., efficient workflow, material coordination, change orders, project schedule, etc.
- Create accurate submittals, issue RFIs and coordinate with General Contractors/Owners/Trades on various logistical items needed to accomplish the scopes of work under contract.
- Follow and ensure compliance with internal processes such as Change Order management, billing cycles, and close out documentation.
- Attend jobsite meetings.
- Attend Pre-Construction Meetings
- Responsibilities include:

- Ensure that quality standards are maintained for all projects.
- Provide customer satisfaction by resolving any concerns or problems and communicates progress to all necessary parties.
- Maintains accurate status reports and project reviews.
- Responsible for close-out and warranty completion.
- Manage subcontractors and other project resources.
- Manage multiple projects at once.
- Display organizational and time management skills with an ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives with little supervision.
- Understanding of installation standards relative to the telecommunications industry
- Understanding of job safety practices and ensure installation team is adhering to job safety practices.
- Must be familiar with test equipment used to install, troubleshoot, and maintain systems.
- Technical background in Structured Cabling, CCTV, Audio Visual systems
- Provide accurate information to Estimator for any added scope to be priced.
- Meet with Accounts Receivable personnel to review proper billing is sent.
- Meet internal deadlines needed to process payroll, review/approve timecards.
- Order project material and coordinate with warehouse personnel for timely delivery.

- Increase revenue by developing meaningful relationships with clientele to provide our services in an easy-going and competent manner.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a working knowledge of the construction industry.
- Knowledge of industry standards and how to apply in real work scenarios.
- Manage teams of technicians to reach project completion under budget and within the hours estimated.
- Understand job progress and ensure implementation is within project schedule.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software – Project, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Written communication must be grammatically correct and professional.
- Ability to relate to customers and other team members for a positive outcome.
- Ability to run and read job costing reports.
- Ability to track multiple projects, document progress and report to Management.
- Maintain and improve customer relations by displaying industry competency, social skills, and written/verbal communications skills.
