Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Avaya IP Office service tech at CASS Business Systems, Inc. The Avaya IP Office service tech will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication systems troubleshooting, customer service, training users on systems, and providing technical support for Avaya IP Office systems.
Qualifications
