Casserly Consulting is an established IT provider providing services in the Greater Boston area. We are looking for someone with a tenacious go-getter mindset who will not cut corners sacrificing quality and integrity. The right person for our outside sales will work with potential clients to determine if we are a good fit, maintaining positive relationships regardless of the outcome. The right candidate will want to ensure a positive interaction with each phone call and meeting, with every sale, and every declined quote. Primary Role and Responsibilities
- Cold calls - while some pipeline exists of works in progress, you must be prepared for cold calling and hunting for new prospects
- Set up appointments, follow up appointments, email follow ups, meeting with clients Operating CRM to track and document all sales activity and client wins.
- Effectively communicate and manage client expectations
- Work with management to develop proposals, quotes, and plans of action for each client, as well as respond to requests for further information
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Continue to develop knowledge of products and services
- Document and track internal processes and communications including phone calls
- Enter time and expenses in a timely manner
- Attend company meetings

Compensation Plan
- $50,000 starting base salary (regular reviews of personal goals, annual raises) uncapped commissions.
- Example commission: 100% commission on first month of gross monthly recurring revenue for services won (average agreement ~$3,000)
- On Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1: $60,000 - $100,000
- On Target Earnings (OTE): Year 2: $70,000 - $120,000

Qualifications
- Hunter mentality required.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Comfortable and easy to understand on the phone
- Fluent English
- Driver’s License
- Availability M-F 9-5
- Are proficient with general office applications

The purpose of the Outside Sales Representative position is to represent the company by maintaining basic knowledge of the services and products we provide, working with the client to determine their pain points and needs, and developing proposals for fulfilling those needs. The focus will be to work with prospects by handling phone calls, email responses, onsite appointments and proposal creation, while maintaining positive relationships.
