Physical Therapist 10000 Bonus

Pro Rehab , an established Rehab company with over 33 years of successful business. We are looking for a  Full-Time Physical Therapist  to join our staff at  Bethesda of Willmar, a senior care community in Willmar, MN . We offer a competitive wage and benefits as well as a  $10,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement . New grads are welcome to apply!

40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range :   $40 - $50 / hour depending on experience.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
• Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home care practices.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
